Missionary PartnersMissionary Partners The church supports two missionary partners. The Muir family, from Torrance, Glasgow have only recently settled in Bangkok in Thailand. Alistair and Chrissy and their three young children are living in the city where Alistair (a Scottish policeman) is helping the Thai church to establish and enforce much-needed child protection practices within this country, where child related crime is a major problem.
Our other missionary partners are the Hall family, again a couple with young children, who work in Bangladesh. David Hall is a development consultant for the Church of Bangladesh’s Social Development Programme, and he and his wife Sarah work especially in programmes which help local women to receive justice, basic human rights, and education and training to support themselves.
